CLIENT'S REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in education or related field.
* Illinois PEL (Professional Educator License) with ESL endorsement.
* Training/experience in supporting English learners (ELs).

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY:
* Teach English language skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
* Assess EL students and monitor language progress.
* Develop and implement lesson plans aligned to EL standards.
* Collaborate with teachers and families to support EL needs.
