SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Provide direct Occupational Therapy services to our exceptional students
* Complete observations, screenings, and evaluations and provide timely documentation
* Attend all parent conferences services and assessment results
* Follow all Medicaid billing procedures, including completing and maintaining all required documentation
* Implement screenings and perform evaluations
* Identify treatment options and create and maintain student IEPs

CLIENT'S REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
*Graduate from an Occupational Therapy program from an accredited institution
*Current license as an Occupational Therapist in Arizona
