SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Provide direct OT services
* Complete observations, screenings, and evaluations
* Consult with a Supervising OT on staff
* Attend all parent conferences to explain need for services and assessment results
* Follow all Medicaid billing procedures, including completing and maintaining all required documentation
* Implement screenings and perform evaluations
* Administer tests, procedures and evaluation guidelines
* Identify treatment options

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EDUCATION
* Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a school-based setting or working with children.
* AZ State COTA License.
